It's definitely worth trying if you're looking for a quality veg protein. It is high in protein and gut friendly which is a bonus for me. It's helped me tone my body and perform better at the gym.

I've had tempeh before. This is not it. Horrible to taste. Bitter and tastes like medicine. I saw some reviews saying it's bad but did not pay attention because the other reviews were good.Fully beleive that either there are serious quality issues from batch to batch or those reviews are paid.

This is one of the most disgusting things I've had the misfortune to put in my mouth. Imagine the taste of aged jaggery/molasses + a bit more cough syrupy taste with heaps of salt. That's what it tastes like. Cough syrup with sugar and way too much salt. I have no clue how to finish the second packet I bought. Im sure the macros and Nutrition is good but it's better to take it in pill form rather than buying something pricey that tastes like medicine anyway.

Love how easy it is cook, just takes 3 mins and makes a full meal. I can make a sandwich or a wrap and I get protein, fibre as well as gut-friendly benefits with just one food. Love it
