very nice thermos jug keeps hot for hours easy to use info to replace the top start with red at the spout then screw on easy peasy

It would have been useful to have some instructions on operating the stopper. Also I looked all over but could not find out where this product was made?

I purchased this stainless steel jug as it said it was unbreakable and it looked OK. Said " Royal Couisine " imprinted on jug.However when I tried to unscrew the lid it would not budge. My husband is no weakling and it took several attempts for him to use all his strength the finally get the lid off. Great I thought. That was until I tried to screw the lid back on again. I gave up in desperation as it was just not screwing in as it should have done. My husband had a try and agreed it was rediculous. Maybe I was unlucky and I got a faulty one. So the next day I got rid of it and ordered a different jug entirely.

The jug is poor quality and the lid does not close correctly, which is a bit of an issue for boiling water. Contacted seller and agreed to refund, however this was just the start of my problems. Send jug back only for seller to say they had not recevied it despite confirmation of delivery, after chasing seller agreed they had had it back and would process the refund. However, they have only sent a partial refund and say this is Amazons fault and they can't do anything anout it.I am just being given the run around and different excuses each time.

Find it a little bit difficult to aline the pouring point

I purchased this flask because I am travelling on a long coach trip. I have tried it out, and it stayed hot for 9 hours. The last cup was not boiling hot, but was still hot enough that I had to be careful when I first poured it. I thought the spout for pouring is brilliant. It doesn't come out to fast which will be ideal for me on a moving coach when I'm travelling. On the whole I think it's an excellent purchase and would recommend it.
