Really good knife but struggles with some meats and thin vegetables like the dark end of a green onion

New favorite knife.
Very sharp knife. Holds an edge. Pretty inexpensive but it seems like a high quality knife. Feel good in your hand. Stickers, mentioned by another rater, came right of with a squirt of Goof Off.

Prepare to clean ad sticky tags once you get it.
Spent $29+ but additional 1.5 hours to clean 3 annoying sticky tags. Are the tags edible? I should vote 0 start if system had.

Happy with it!
Super sharp and easy to handle. I would like to point out that this is a Chinese vegetable knife, not meant as a meat cleaver! I see lots of people make that mistake due to its large size
