The best hand saw made...hands down.

Best hand-saw I have owned. Makes quick, high quality cuts without much effort. Good for cuts where power tools may be over-kill or you want more control.

Needed to cut down some shelving and I wanted a clean cut, this worked great, clean edges no tear out. Though not the fastest cut. But you get fast or clean with hand tools not both.

I do precise fitting of attic ladders, and could not manage without these Bahco handsaws. Remarkable teeth cut straight, and only a handsaw suits all constraints. A 16" saw works best in 16" oc framing. I need saws sharp and new, but must also gently work through lath and plaster, and that finally kills an older saw. They can't be sharpened successfully, not knowing the magic of the factory tooth construction. Despite the hard demands, each saw serves one worker about six months. Amazon is now part of the story, picking up where the only hardware store in my city selling these, dropped them in favor of inferior Stanley saws. I wish every neighborhood hardware store could inform of best options that exceed their display space, and participate in online sales, for many wonderful, better tools and hardware items. Things not offered cheaply in big-box stores, including all of the many wonderful things I have not yet discovered. Don't settle for cheap things that don't work and don't last.

One the the better handsaws that I have used in years. Way better than the cheap brands that you find in big box stores. Handle is comfy and the saw makes nice smooth cuts easily through 3/4 inch plywood. I had shelves cut and up before you could say "my batteries are charged"!

Nachdem mich mein Helfer ob meiner 2 uralten stumpfen Baumarktsägen ausgelacht hat wollte ich mir mal eine gute Säge kaufen (mache ja fast alles wenn möglich elektrisch mit Stichsäge, Kreissäge usw.). Boahh, das Ding ist scharf! Fast Waffenscheinpflichtig, super Säge. Es lohnt sich eben etwas mehr auszugeben...
