To everyone considering purchasing this know what it is for and the benefits before purchasing and leaving a horrible review. It doesn’t taste good and what herb actually does? Its used for lung detoxing purposes.

I honestly don’t know how this product got so many good reviews. The taste is awful, it leaves a burning sensation in your throat! I got it for my husband per a doctor’s request. He used it a few times and couldn’t take it anymore. I even tried it and the same thing happened to me, burning in my throat. Sorry, I cannot recommend this to anyone. However, just because my husband and I had this happen to us when drinking it, doesn’t mean someone else will have the same issue…and apparently not, since most of the reviews are positive.

It came sealed in a secondary plastic bag. Nothing leaked from the brown bag, but it's nice to have the backup safety just in case. The brown bag it comes in is light tight, but it only has one zip line so I'm not sure how airtight it is. Since I'm ordering a pound, it will take a while to go through it all. It would be nice to see a double zip to further help prevent it from going bad.
