This is a fantastic, useful, packed weight loss journal which is guaranteed to help you to succeed on your weight loss journey. It covers a daily log for 90 days, providing you with guidance to really analyse each day, and track your progress. It's very compact, and well worth the price. I highly recommend getting yourself a copy if you're interested! 5/5!

Good tool
I’ve been trying to loose some weight and get more active. This is a great tool for keeping me accountable. Space to record your food each day, measurement charts throughout so you can see progress. Habit tracking pages as well.

Organized & Cute Way To Track Progress + Habits

Such a fun & cute way to keep track of yourself.The pages are all the same except for the first few pages - a daily log for each day or however many days in between that you’d like to log.It leaves it totally up to you on how often you’d like to keep track! You fill in the dates as you go. I appreciate that feature, on your own time at your own pace.I do wish the cover & overall appearance of the book was a little more adult looking. It’s cute but I’d prefer something with more neutral colors. Although, I knew what I was buying so that doesn’t change my rating. Just a recommendation.I have an app on my phone to track progress, but I love writing & highlighting things because I believe it helps the brain recognize & process. We do everything on our phones & even with reminders & trackers I easily just skip over it all because there’s thousands of other things coming through to my phone as well. I’m hoping this will keep me organized & task oriented for a better outcome overall.I’d absolutely recommend to anyone! Even if you don’t think you’ll need it, it’s actually very inspiring & helpful to look back on progress and pick out what you could have done better versus what you excelled in.

The media could not be loaded. I just got the “HELLO, NEW ME: Weight Loss Journal” and I’m pumped! Seriously, this thing is like my new best friend for the next 90 days. First off, the cover is super cute, and just looking at it gets me motivated. The inside is packed with everything I need to crush this weight loss challenge. It comes complete with habit trackers, progress forms, a daily food log – you name it, it’s in there. Oh, and not to mention the weight and measurements pages.Also, there are before and after photo pages and an emotional eating checklist and other bonus templates to help me really dig deep and reflect on my journey.Bottom line: If you’re kicking off a weight loss journey like me, this journal is a must-have. I can’t wait to get started and give this 5 stars hands down.

A great way to track progress and stay motivated!
I have been trying to lose weight for quite some time now, and each time I start, I fall off the wagon. I bought this book/journal as a way to stay focused and disciplined, and it worked! I’m meeting my goals! I think having this book to track my progress day to day and actually see a visual of my results aside from checking myself in the mirror has really helped me stay consistent. I actually get excited to document my progress in the book, so it’s also fun! There is a spot to write in rewards for consistency and also an example page to follow if you’re unsure where to start. If you’re looking to lose weight or just live a healthier lifestyle, this book will help you make that change!

Fantastic journal
I've used many journals to keep track of my food intake and exercise. I think this one stands out because it has enough room where you can right everything you ate at each meal. It drives me crazy when you get a food journal and there's only a tiny space to write down what you've eaten. There's a habit tracker inside too which is really helpful and check ins to see how your progress is coming along. I'm very happy with this.
