I bought this on the Mito site, not Amazon, and wish I hadn’t at all. It’s heavy, bulky to hold unless you got huge hands, and the corners are a bit sharp! I jabbed the edge of my wrist into it and it actually broke skin! The bulkiness aside, it has helped a tiny bit with my dry eyes. I could see my meibomian glands expressing a bit after a session.I am going to buy a light with adjustable settings and is easier to hold. Something similar to the Mito Mobile Pro but not as expensive.

I can't speak to the efficacy of this device as I've only been using it for a few days, but so far I'm very pleased. It's easy to use, and it has a good weight to it that fills my dumb, primate brain with confidence. I know it makes no difference to the performance but I like a little heft. I feel like a high quality medical device shouldn't feel lightweight and flimsy.I'm using the device for muscle recovery as I work out every day and probably don't give myself the rest I need for optimal performance. It's too soon to tell if it will be effective, but right now I'm enjoying the ritual of a little red light therapy post-workout, just before I head to bed. It could be psychosomatic but I've slept very well in the few days since I started using it.
