I was really excited to purchase this. Only to find out the pad to use on the floor was missing. I dont wanna return it because that piece was missing. Really disappointed!

This is a good quality stream cleaner. The variety of attachments allows you to clean almost every kind of household surface. It's very easy to use and the steam really gets things clean.

Worked wonders on a gas stove. Grates and surface look brand new. Used in tile and grout and cleaned to perfection. Highly recommended.

The first 2 times I used this I love it! Now I don't even use it because it squirts out more water than steam and makes everything soaked. Sadly you don't use a steamer that often and I am out of the return window.

I've been wanting a steam cleaner like this for a while. This is pretty cool, and has all kinds of uses. It works great for cleaning my hardwood floors, but you do need to pay attention to how much water is being left behind--you may need to do a bit of drying with a towel. Also great for cleaning grout, or around difficult to clean areas like the build-up around the faucets.I do have some complaints. The instructions are mediocre, but the thing comes with a TON of parts. There's a part solely for steaming wallpaper! So it can be a bit overwhelming to set up and use initially. Also, the handle is unbelievably uncomfortable. It's hard plastic with ridges in it that dig painfully into the palm of your hand. I had to put on a rubber work glove to make it comfortable to hold. Lastly, the power cord is absurdly short. Without an extension cord you'll find yourself unplugging and plugging it back into another outlet over and over and over as you go about cleaning, even in a single small room. Fortunately, if you do need to unplug it the device will continue working for quite a while since the water takes a long time to cool down.
