5 stars! Sleek design, big screen, lots of storage for my photos (Over 2 thousand) only lags if you have 10+ tabs open and lots of processes, but to me that is not a big deal. Sometimes I catch myself going down the rabbit hole with websites and end up with 12 open. It's very user friendly and easy to set up. I bought another for my dad who also loves it. Great computer for price point.

The computer i purchased has no value to me i have been busy with work and travel so had little time to get it going. When I had time i found the instruction manual of little help. I needed a magnifying glass to read the very simple directions which did not get me started i found a manual online and received no support when I tried to contact them. I can not use the computer so it has no value to me. I was told by a friend i could return it Not knowing now I find that I am too late. I now know why the price was so low. All I wanted was the big screen to do very basic functions and believed it would meet my needs. It can't meet my needs of i can't get it operational. Please check out your reviews of products Most reviews were positive and that is why I though it would be good deal it was not. Time has prevented me from the return i understand. i will be more careful with your reviews and products. I hope this will be received by you and considered as helpful to your business i understand this.May mean little to you but it was a 200$ cost to.me which I am unhappy about. I also hope I can trust your products in the future

Overall good laptop for the money. It failed after 4 months, the SGIN support worked with me, but failed to resolve the problem. They had me send it back and they replaced it. I have up my rating to 5 star thanks to the support that I received.

If I could give this laptop NO stars, I would! I am a college student & this laptop has made my entire beginning experience a NIGHTMARE!! The laptop takes FOREVER to charge and after all that time of charging, it’s takes 45min to an hour for it to be dead again. Just image your laptop dying during class, while completing assignments, in the middle of an unfinished essays and having to start all over again. Worst purchase ever! The keypad didn’t work and still hasn’t, I have to use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to be able to use my laptop. Not reliable what’s so ever.

Seems to be a g good laptop. I have been using it for a while now. Battery holds good charge. Laptop is fast to boot.
