Comfortable and Stylish
I saw this in the Ashley store and I chose to purchase through Amazon due to the preferable delivery time. The seating in firm as are the decorative pillows but it is comfortable.

The cat wanted a couch so the cat got a couch...
The couch is nice and comfortable. I like the fabric. I didnt realize that the pillows are included so that was a nice surprise. The cat has claimed it.

Love the sofa
We went through a lot to get this sofa. I ordered it twice. The first time I was told the sofa was lost in transit. I ordered it again, this time the sofa arrived but the sofa was damaged. Two large tears in the back. The plastic wasn't damaged so it looks like the damage took place before it was wrapped. Aside from the damage the sofa is a quality piece of furniture.

Excellent value and delivery
The couch is a little firm but overall an excellent value. I’d buy the couch again and have received many compliments on it. Appears to be good quality and should last a long time.

Too expensive and too hard.
Though I love the color, the sofa cushions are very hard, so not comfortable. It also cost a lot more than the store has it listed, $499. The fact that I am physically unable to go shopping made me spend too much by buying from you.

Nice, comfortable sofa
I ordered this with some apprehension based on the price. You can tell that it's not a very expensive sofa, primarily on the sides where the fabric has nothing behind it. That said, it is very comfortable, and the fabric is not scratchy. We have been pleased with the item so much so that we recently ordered the matching ottoman and that is a really nice addition.

Item exactly like the picture. It is a very nice fabric - I hope it lasts. 36 hours later still smells but it is a normal kind of smell. The colourful extra cushions are reversible - solid blue, The seat cushions are not reversible. The people who delivered it were very smart in figuring out the space and took care not to damage my walls. It was very well packaged and arrived in great condition.Follow up: the smell in the room disappeared in about 4 days. The couch itself took a couple of weeks to get rid of the smell (again it is the usual smell of upholstered furniture). Again what you get is a packaged couch delivered to the location you point in your room but you have to unpack it yourself and screw in the little legs on the bottom.
