Used for making Jerk Chicken on the grill for added spice I made an aluminum foil basket and put a half cup of whole allspice and added it to the charcoal man you smelled the smoke you’d think your in Jamaica Mon cue the Bob Marley music because we’re cooking real food here.

I make small batch handcrafted spice blends and the potency of these spices is so much better than the ones from the local supermarket. My wife came home right after I opened the bag and commented it smelled like a spice market in the house.
