I'll never go back to using stock silicone tips that come with IEM's and wireless ear buds.
bought these to put on my 7hz salnotes zero and zero 2 IEM's (so far I've only tested the regular Zero). I was having issues with chaffing on a regular pair of JLab M silicone tips that made me switch to their small cloud foam tips, this changed the sound profile a bit by reducing treble just slightly, but those being foam it also made a better deal which helped the bass a bit on those which sit a little back in the sub-bass area (regular zero lack that thump due to a more analytical tuning). So, I wanted to give silicone tips a try again and came across these, the medical grade silicone is soft but sticky and makes for a great seal in the ear, I haven't felt any itching or chaffing so far after a few hours, so I can so far say that the regular silicone tips I used before are no longer going to be put on anything ..in fact I'm gonna replace the tips on my wireless earbuds with these too.The size runs a size bigger, normally with skullcandy or JLab I was using the Medium tip, but with these the MS (medium small) were just about the same fit as those. I might actually get the small because my IEMs don't sit flush against my ears and those would most likely fit a little deeper like the cloud foam tips did for me.As for sound ..my 7hz salnotes zero IEM is a neutral balanced tuning, with the foam tips I can tell the highs were slightly lower and some details in certain sibilant areas didn't sound as sparkly as they should given the tuning, the foam seal helped the bass a bit though. Now for the W1. These not only brought out more clarity in the balanced tone, but it upped the low end a bit where it was brought a little bit forward and wasn't lost or masked while retaining it's set tuning, In fact the bass seems present and tight but not boomy (don't expect a punch from the low end here) which is what you want in a neutral balanced set the mids were nice, clear and kept the balance of the intended tuning, the highs also retained sparkle that was originally rolled off with the foam tips. So in the highs I could hear the faint details from before a little more, but it's not overly sharp.Putting them on is a little tricky at first, they're a tight fit but secure well onto the stem, though I probably would make these permanent on the IEM's I put them on, each one would respectively stay on the ones i put them on, as I heard about these loosening if put on stems with wider diameters and then being too loose on smaller diameter driver stems. The soundstage is a bit more open, I can tell more separation between instruments too.Overall, these tips are great, I may purchase more in MS and S for my Zero 2 and my wireless earbuds.

They are sticky and help achieve a perfect seal!
I was skeptical, especially about their price for one pair. The MS size fit is crazy tight on the 7hz Zero 2. Despite that, once installed, the eartips stay securely on my ears. These ear tips do help with the bass if you feel like your current eartips are leaking sound. Overall, the quality is ok, the installation is a little hard at first, and they function perfectly as a pseudo bass booster.

Comfort is hit or miss, sound quality is very good.
On some iems these are very comfortable but on others not the best. Sound quality is consistently very good if the seal is good.My biggest problem with these is that the material is a little too flexible and can cause a crinkling sound as the material folds or flexes when I move my head on some iems. They are also quite pricey for a single pair of tips.

MS Fit perfectly for Medium Ear tips
The biggest concern I had before buying these was the fit. I have several KZ and CCA IEMs and the medium size fits me pretty good. I also use the AirPods Pro with the medium tips which also fit me well. With that in mind I decided to get the MS size because they were in the middle of the 5 sizes available. I had concern these would fit too small but they fit my ears perfectly. I recommend this size if you use Medium sized KZ eartips or AirPod pro tips. They are definitely more “sticky” than my other eartips which provide a slightly better seal. I bought these for extra comfort and they seem to do the job well. Still too early to tell the long term performance but they are a worthwhile upgrade for me, especially for the Prime day sale! Photo is a comparison of KZ medium tips to MS Spinfit tips

10/10 for me
Used with TruthEar Nova & Hexa, and Ikko OH10, compared to stock tips and other eartips these are the best I’ve tried from the 2 handfuls I have, better comfort, isolation, and detail than Dunu S&S which are my second favorite tips. The narrow opening really enhances the bass so if your a bass head like me you will love these with everything. My only suggestion when getting these is to make sure you do NOT twist or pull too hard when removing the tips from your iem, the pair I had lasted almost 2 months before I snatched the tip off to clean it and saw I ripped it from the inside.

Comfortable and seals well
I have just started using these on Whizzer kylin HE 10 and they definitely seal better than the stock eartips. They are also more comfortable for my small ear canals. Will review in a month once I have broken them in.Update - 5th Feb 24:The soundstage is better but the punchy bass is gone. The bore is wider than stock eartips hence the lighter bass. I have to use an EQ to bring back some bass.Update - 16th March 24:They have grown into me. These are the only eartips I can wear for hours on end. I have ordered another set for my KZ ZS10 Pro X. I would suggest that Spinfit makes a variant of the W1 for bassheads. Though I miss punchy bass, I am happy to trade that for comfort.Update - may 2024:I went ahead and ordered another set; medium this time round. I now have 2 pairs for 2 iems. My ear canals are strange in that the left is larger than the right. The mediums go to left and the ms to the right. And just like that, my 2 iems are sounding awesome. Love these eartips.

Fits well, sounds great
The eartips fit my Truthear Novas well and don’t fall out easily unlike the stock foam ones. I’m not sure if it’s placebo but it makes the music sound better which means it functions nicely. I don’t know how long they’ll last but they look like they’re made durable. The blue highlight on the size MS is also nice. The only thing I dislike is the price. A little pricey for just one set of eartips.
