This works fabulously. I like the feature that it can be raised or lowered. It is easy to use and works very well. Only one pass over the garment. I had a Jiffy steamer before that just went out. I like this one better.

I had some heavy-duty curtains that I just could not get the wrinkles/creases out of. Had tried washing and drying, repeatedly ironing with steam, etc. Got this and used the most powerful setting, and it worked wonders!

It only takes a few minutes to get the wrinkles out of our clothes with this product. Very easy to use. It heats up quickly. Much easier and convenient than ironing.

The pictures shows my shirt taken out of the basket after being washed. It took less than two minutes to heat enough for me to use it. I only filled the water reservoir a little under half full and it steamed enough clothes for a family of five for church. I’ve been using a handheld steam for years and not having the bulk in hand to as extremely nice. There no trigger to pull, when it’s on it just produces steam. I do wish that there was a foot button or something to temporarily halt the steam. I also wish there was just a bard to hang clothes on to steam. I found the clips for pants to be difficult to use. I wish both the power cord and the hose were about a foot longer. Don’t use it next to a fire alarm sensor. It will set them off, I learn that the hard way and quickly. All in all I am happy with this streamer.

My old steamer stopped working. I did a lot of research before deciding on which one to purchase. I am so happy with this one. It works wellm, it's sturdy and it's compact. You couldn't ask for more with a steamer.
