Good faucet just cheap rubber gasket
Faucet looks great works good. The only bad thing is the rubber gasket that they provide is very cheap. And the hose that is use will cut the gasket making it weak and leaking will happen. Had to go to home depot to find the right gasket. Update. Seller contacted me and replace my faucet. Great seller.

Quality Brushed Nickel Bathroom Faucet
Nice design, brushed nickel bathroom faucet. Easy to install. It looks great on a Kohler pedestal sink.

Easy install; no leaks; easy to operate with no water splashing
Mounts easily with no leaks. The smooth black finish is very stylish, the hot and cold handle operates with very little effort. The aerator allows the water to flow without splashing and the braided stainless steel water lines allow a quick flexible hookup. Well worth the price!

Small leak after two years, replaced under warranty
Purchased the smaller faucet in Brushed Nickel - March 2019 - for a small coffee bar sink with butcher block countertop. Nice finish. Compact. Feels sturdy. Easy to use. Just the right thing we needed and wanted for our little coffee bar ( limited height required due to low overhead cabinet ) After two years the handle started leaking a large drop of water when closing the handle. With rather limited use, as this faucet has a Reverse Osmosis faucet besides it, that we use for filtered water to drink and make coffee with. So just light use to rinse out a glass or coffee mug. Over time the drops of water caused a grey water stain in our counter top. Finally figured it was time to to sand the countertop down, removing the stain, etc and deal with the faucet. Removed both faucets. There does not seem to be a way to adjust or repair anything, at first glance. The rear of the faucet neck, where the water comes out also has a bit of rust / corrosion. When I looked up our AMZ order, to maybe buy the same model faucet ( limited height required due to cabinet above, same style would be nice ) I noticed the 5 year warranty. The company did respond within a few days of contacting them through AMZ. After sharing a photo and video of the issue, they promptly sent a new unit. So, it is great they stand behind their warranty. I still don't think it should have leaked that soon. The design and mounting looks to have changed a little. Fingers crossed this unit will work fine for years to come.

Great quality faucet. Very satisfied.
I've had a difficult time finding a faucet for my kitchen island sink that was this size, The price was about 1/3 of what I had been looking at in the box stores and on-line. I was very impressed with how this faucet was packaged. You would have thought there was an expensive piece of electronic gear inside. The securing plate underneath was easy to install and it tightens with a Phillips head screw driver. The installation took me about 10 minutes, once I hacksawed off my old rusted faucet. "Elegant and modern appearance is applicable to all the family"...I. got a laugh out of that product description. Hey if you need a wet bar or island faucet this is a quality faucet at a great price.

Cheap and broke in less than 3 months
We bought the faucet at the end of July 2024 and installed in in August 2024. The property was under construction so the bathroom wasn't really even used until November 2024. The first weekend of January 2025, the faucet started leaking. There was some sort of internal leak. It took quite a while to diagnose why there was leaking under the sink into the cabinet as who would have thought the brand new faucet would be to blame, but in fact that was the source of the water leak. We had to go and buy a new faucet that costs more, but apparently you get what you pay for. Don't buy these....they are inexpensive for a reason. I bought two of them and expect the second one will start leaking soon as well.

Looks good and works well
I feel like I'm the grim reaper for faucets. Since 2005 I've had 5 in my home kitchen and three for my kitchen sink at work. I'm amazed at the appearance and functionality for the low price. I went cheap on my last work faucet and the ONLY good thing I can say is that it ran when on and didn't run when off. It met the lowest bar of functionality for a faucet. This one looks nice, was packaged nicely, was easy to install and the mechanicals work smoothly. The integral water supply hoses are a little longer than my previous one so I was able to eliminate the pipe extensions and attach straight to the valves. If I had one complaint, it would be that it's a low rise faucet. I knew that going in so it's wouldn't be a legitimate complaint. Highly recommend!

We purchased a total of 5 of these faucets for our new home build, and we are (so far) blown away with the quality and style. Comparable faucets from other online retailers or from big box hardware stores are double/triple/or more, and didn’t have this gooseneck style quite like I wanted. The faucets were installed by our plumber, who didn’t raise any concerns regarding difficulty or quality. We have had these installed for approximately 4 months and have been living in this home full-time for 2 months. No issues with this set of three so far. We are wondering if the two that we ordered separately will leak as mentioned by some other reviewers, the mechanism inside doesn’t feel as tight. But as seen in the video above, these turn on and off smoothly with no dripping or leaking. Pros: -great price point -very modern style Cons: -360° pivot is not necessarily a desirable feature when you have small children (water everywhere)

I bought this particular faucet as part of my bathroom makeover because: 1. It works aesthetically - I like how the arch in the faucet mimics the arch of the medicine cabinet 2. It extends 5.5", further than most (bathroom) faucets. My counter's sink hole is further back than some (see image), and any faucet arm that extends < 5" out from its body would have dribbled on the counter top when set to a low trickle/when trickling off, as my last one did. Pros: 1. So far no leaks 2. Good water pressure 3. Doesn't make a lot of noise 4. Looks great Cons (because of the use of the faucet in MY space - may not apply to you): 1. Because it has a side tap and I don't have backsplash tiles, water gets flicked onto the wall when people quickly reach to turn off the tap. This didn't happen with my old faucet where the tap was on top, but if you have backsplash (or install the faucet with the tap facing you), this won't be as much of an issue. 2. Because I wanted the tap on the right side of the faucet, you have to push the tap away from you to get cold, and pull it towards you to get hot. This is counter-intuitive for most people, though I'm used to it by now. This could be solved by installing it with the tap facing you or on the left, but aesthetically I most liked it on the right. Don't forget to buy a black stopper to match if your current one doesn't!
