Tomato Booster Fertilizer (32oz) - Super Concentrated - 3:8:7 Ratio Fortified with Humic Acid, Iron and Calcium - Grow More Tomatoes

I grow most of our veggies and herbs in our large basement year around, and had been using FoxFarm Tiger Bloom for my tomatoes and peppers that has an N-K-P of 2-8-4. I didn't feel that the nitrogen (N), which promotes leafy growth, or potassium (P), which promotes overall plant health and disease resistance, was high enough. This fertilizer has an N-K-P of 3-8-7 which is higher in nitrogen and potassium with phosphorus, for flower and fruit development, being the same. In my opinion, supporting the leafy portion of the plants was important to the overall health of the plants as well as nutrients to increase fruit production and size. I decided to try this fertilizer by buying the 32 oz. size, and have been using it every watering for about 3 weeks. In this short time, I have seen an improvement in the overall health and appearance of my tomatoes and peppers and my fruit is getting larger. So, I believe this fertilizer is working better for my tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers than the fertilizer I had been using.This fertilizer does not supply magnesium which helps with the absorption of calcium to prevent blossom rot in tomatoes. The label on this fertilizer suggests adding Epsom salts for tomatoes which adds magnesium that facilitates the use of calcium in the soil. Magnesium does not prevent blossom rot and should be used only if you know you have a magnesium deficiency in your soil. Personally, I would not use Epsom salts as it can cause a buildup of salt in the soil (been there done that) which is detrimental to plants. I use a calcium/magnesium supplement that works great without the salt buildup.This fertilizer does provide calcium which helps to prevent blossom rot when there is enough magnesium in the soil to help the plants use the calcium.In addition, this fertilizer provides humic acid which is know as a liquid compost. The difference is that compost can deplete your soil of crucial elements in the time that it takes to break down and can change the PH of your soil. Humic acid does not need to be broken down to be effective and is PH neutral.This fertilizer, at least at this time, costs about $20 less per gallon than the fertilizer I have been using and the use of 2 tsp. or 10 cc's is the same as my previous fertilizer. Considering the number of plants I have this is a huge cost saving for me. I have decided to buy this fertilizer in the 128 oz. instead of the fertilizer I had been using. So far, I have had excellent results with this fertilizer and would recommend it.When looking for an effective fertilizer, you need to consider not only the NPK composition, but also the ingredients and elements in the fertilizer. I just started a vegetable garden bed this year and I have been overwhelmed with so many things to do and not do, use this or don’t use that. Some of my tomato leaves were curling and not growing much. I finally decided to try this product out on my different variety of tomatoes as they just started to flower. I really liked that it could also be used with neighboring plants such as my zucchini, peppers and flowers so I applied it to all of them. 2 days later my tomatoes start to fruit and leaves look better!Sunflowers:I’m also growing mammoth sunflowers which are about 3’ tall and their lower leaves have always been droopy even after watering them so I applied the product to my flowers and the very next day, my sunflower leaves were no longer droopy and they were more sturdy and perked up!!! THE NEXT DAY!I don’t leave many reviews but if someone is dealing with the same issues that I was struggling with, I hope it helps! Happy Gardening!

Hoping to have more tomatoes set.

I purchased some San Marzano Tomato seeds from an Italian company because they are supposed to be the best Tomato in the world. Only thise from Italy are true. Wanting to give them the best chance, I ordered this booster based on position reviews. A couple of weeks after transplanting from hydroponic to a large pot, I gradually upped the dose, starting with a quarter dose.Wow, these are the healthiest plants I've ever seen Buetiful blooms so far. Can't wait to taste the tomatoes.

What an addition to my tomato garden. I apply this every ten days to my grow bags or every two weeks to my garden plants. I don't understand the science behind this product, but the growth of the flowers on my tomato plants has been unbelievable. It's impact on flower growth is almost overnight. Just hoping this product is healthy for my consumption of the tomatoes.

Big like for this product, my plants are growing crazy after using it. I have noted significant changes after 10 days which I believe it is perfect .

It’s too early to tell if this is going to cure my blossom rot issues. It is stupidly easy to spply and it’s very economical. It doesn't smell either so indoor use would not be snd issue. I gave it 3 stars because it has not proved itself yet

Just started using it and there’s already been a growth spurt. Can’t wait to see how it works in the end
