The machine was received as defective did not start, the demo and installation team also could not setup it. And still date have been struggling for replacement or machine working since purchase.

Breeing speed is good and the machine is very efficient, the pressure is light, I mean it's good but if u are a very strong coffe drinker, so remember it's 5 bar, the water content is enought and even making coffee for four people I didn't didn't fill water till max limit. It's somewhere middle in the line of value for money and giving too much money, I meant to say is it's not as value for money as wanted but it's good. In terms of DURABILITY, it's something very sturdy and reliable, THE things it needs is maintenance.We need to clean it every month by any light descaler as some salt deposits get attracted at the water tank and on its cap.even the steam frotther needs cleaning at every use. Btw it's important to check out wonder chef's video for better experience in using the machine. NOTE:Exert steam and pressure everytime after a use and don't open the cap of water tank before 15 minutes of use.Also clean it regularly in some months of interval.

This coffee machine is my morning savior. It brews a bold cup that gets me going, and crafting creamy cappuccinos or lattes is a breeze. It's compact and straightforward, streamlining my morning coffee routine. its brings the cafe vibe straight into my kitchen, making my mornings Happy.

The coffee turned out to be extremely smooth and even more aromatic, the milk frothed well. Enjoyed a delicious cup of cappuccino. Very useful coffee machine at the given price. Size of the machine is perfect, fits anywhere easily without taking too much space.

There's absolutely no doubt that the product does make good espresso. But its temperature gauge was broken. And now, thanks to that, I have to take up this issue with the Wonderchef Regenta. Obviously amazon isn't at fault here in case people are wondering why don't I just return the item. But as per the espresso, it tastes good.

After eight months of using the machine once or twice a day, a leak has occurred in the steam tank and now the pressure is too low. Also, when making espresso, the water is not even hot, it is just warm, so the flavor is not as good. This looks great on your counter and if you’re only gonna use it once a week or for special occasions, then I’m sure it’s good. But for normal use, it’s not a quality product. Additionally, the design on the front panel is absolutely awful. There’s no indicator showing whether you are in steam mode or espresso mode and so it’s very easy to burn the coffee while you’re making it. This would’ve been very easy to implement, but it seems they went after a better looking design over a more functional design. Sorry have to give it one star.
