I have been struggling travelling for long periods sat down and bought this for a few long flights and car journeys during my pregnancy. It is a great quality product and does help relive the pressure off of the tail bone (which was giving me the most grief) whilst still giving you support. I definitely felt an ease of pain but not as much as I was hoping for.

Exactly what I needed. After only a few days, I can 100% say that this cushion has been one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Due to a number of medical conditions I have lost a huge amount of weight and my coccyx has been protruding more and more over the past 10-12 months, making it extremely difficult to sit for any extented period of time without suffering excruciating pain. I am now able to watch a whole movie pain freefor the first time in a very long time. The excellent design ensures that there is no possibility of my coccyx becoming painful as the side padding makes it impossible to sit in the wrong position. Great comfort and is amazing vfm. So much so that I am about to buy another one to have in the car so that no matter where I go, I can now sit, pain-free, anywhere I go.

I ordered two of these whilst I was suffering from PMR, one for the house, the other for the car. Whilst I no longer need the one in the house, I have found the one for the car particularly useful in preventing discomfort when driving on long journeys. The cushion has raised sides which I find especially useful for maintaining the position of my legs when driving.

Bought post major leg surgery when unable to weight bear. Being seated a lot began to get pain in my left hip/sitting bone so thought this may help relieve pain. Definitely comfortable and supportive but then I'd expect most dense foam cushions will essentially do this? It holds it's shape and is soft yet supportive, firm but not hard. I imagine cheaper cushions made of less structured quality foam will provide inadequate support. So on balance while I thought it was a bit dear, it's probably reasonably pitched in the market and certainly is of benefit..
