This is my 2nd purchase of this exact same color and brand. My last sunbeam lasted 8 years and was used constantly during the winter months. The new controls are a good improvement and can more easily be seen in the dark. I love the warmth but not heavy weight on my feet and the quality of the material, in addition to it being washable, is an additional bonus of the product. Given all the above, and how long my previous one lasted the price point is more than fair. I kept the old blanket for my husband to use on his camping trips.

This blanket has been a very good purchase. We use it primarily to warm up the bed before we get in. If it's a cold night, I will turn it down to 1 and sleep under it. The color is probably closer to the sangria color that some items use as a color name. While the blanket has been great, we are less happy with the control. It automatically reverts to 6 once it's turned off, the clicks are somewhat noisy, and it is a bright light. I hide it under the edge of the bed to tone it down. That said, it has been worth the money, especially during this recent Arctic blast!

I bought this heated blanket for my boyfriend & I. Love that it has two separate controllers so he can crank up the heat on his side and I won’t feel it. The only complaint I have about this blanket is that the controller is illuminated and as much as I appreciate this — it stays on constantly. It illuminates the whole bedroom at night and if you’re particularly sensitive to light at night like I am, it will keep you up. It would be great if it dimmed down after a minute.
