Is good product but need work in 2 details lock and lock where the connector cable ends.

Retracts easily with one button, locks easily with one button. Simple to use, line stays tight after months.

It won't connect to the bracket properly. Someone in reviews suggested not tightening the bracket down completely but I've tried every level of tightness. As soon as you hang anything on it, that's more than an ounce or two. It just comes right off the wall.

Great product. Easily installed. Works great. Used it to hang curtains as a room separator when we had too many guests staying at our house. It worked great to hold heavy blackout curtains.
