Unwrapped
When a human woman gets visited by twin Kindred Warriors who say they have come to claim their bride, Celia reluctantly agrees to go even though she is engaged to a rich bachelor named Peter. It seems Peter forgot to take her name off the bridal registry for the Kindred warriors when they got engaged, so legally she felt it was only the right thing to do and it would only be a couple of days and she would be back to be with Peter. Not knowing the Goddess had other plans. Full of adventure, danger, strange creatures, betrayal, secrets and lots of sexual encounters. What a great story!

A Christmas Gift from the Goddess
This was very entertaining to read. I can't say that I have read any Kindred books that were bad. This one had a lot of scary moments, and it seemed like they weren't going to get back to safety. Plus, the female human had loyalty issues because of her childhood. She definitely wanted to believe it her human fiancee and was holding on to the promise. I recommend this book and the series. You will get hooked like me.

Fast paced read
I know! It's over 400 Pages something I normally don't tackle myself. I usually find these tomes to be very draggy this however was a breath of fresh air. Moves like a speeding train there's action and rescuing her from death defying feats and beautiful evil sex cults. The sex is hot and very well described really enjoyable. Then there is her struggle with loyalty and need. And we all knew her fiance was evil right from the start. I really enjoyed this book and it did not feel like 400 Pages at all in fact I thought it ended too soon.

Author desperately needs a good editor
I've read about half of the books in this series. I get frustrated and tend to skip around because there are so, so, SO many glaring editing and proofreading errors! This one wasn't as bad as most, aside from capitalizing so many words that don't need to be capitalized. There is a MAJOR difference between Hoard and Horde, a major group in other books. However, the series has become quite stale and overdone. All the heroines are reticent, shrinking violets afraid of or feeling guilty about having sex, as this heroine (of course) is. A confident, self-assured woman who meets one or two males who have issues with sex would be a refreshing change. All in all, a series with 30+ books is simply an unsustainable money machine. Quality is certainly not the goal. Shame...the author is very creative and has potential.
