This is one of those things you don't know you need until you get it. I have been taking these for a month now regularly before I eat with water. They are easy to swallowing giving the size. Since starting them I have noticed that I don't crave sweets as much as I once did. I also questioned my dr about everything that is in these. She told me that everything in this is all good. And gave me the thumbs up. Since I am on my weight loss journey this has definitely helped a lot.

After arriving on time (the only product of seven that did arrive), I am impressed with being able to take the ingredients in this capsule that formerly were purchased separately. I can honestly say that with this supplement you get good health in one serving of two caps daily. I will definitely buy again.

one capsule has many singles I take, but I still need 2 or 3 (multi's) to equal the 'mg' levels of the single pill/single item values.

I bought this to give myself some energy. I have been taking them for about a month. I can say normally around mid morning I would start to get sleepy and that no longer occur.

If you have gut sensitivity do not get this product. It has Japanese Knotweed and if you look it up it says that it can cause gut upset in some people. That it can even act as a laxative. On the label it says for Resveratrol is Polygonum Cudpidstum. That is Japanese Knotweed. It is not from grapes.They did reach out to me and they gave me a full refund. They were nice to work with me.

New supplement company in Denver, but the headquarters doesn't show up with google maps. Their website shows the address as their headquarters and later they state it's a warehouse in an industrial\business area. The expiration date is 11/30/25 so it has almost 2 years. I do appreciate that they list the actual ingredient amounts for each ingredient without any marketing concentration multiplication, but the product page does do that which is annoying and a bit of trickery to me. I took 2 pills without any side effects with a meal. As a new supplement company...there's some concern...they do have nice labels of GMP that's good manufacturing practices certified and made the in USA and other good bits, but without any 3rd party test results it's hard to believe what's stated on the label.I was going to leave them 4 stars since they are new and without 3rd party testing, but their website posting of happy customers and they shown this "Think I brought someDirtThey not working at all" with a 5 star rating... that they are not checking what's on their website and gives me concern of what's really inside their product. I believe they just have a script to post any 5 star rating and post the comments without reading any of what is said ...why else would they boast about a negative review even with 5 star rating. Just careless.My point to what I said above is that a customer who's taking a supplements from a new company wants to trust they are providing honest ingredients and delivering what they say they are selling, but using marketing concentration multiplication to boost the amount of strength a supplement has and then showing USA location that's just a warehouse, and not providing 3rd party test results... it leaves a lot of doubt of what you are really putting into your body.

Its doin what it is suppose to do. good product.
