Easy to use, just don’t over do it or consider using with a tennis elbow wrap. I did get some soreness in the elbow after use

I have found this to be very helpful for rolling out sore tendons on the forearm and wrist. It is especially useful after spending time on the computer. It has a fairly soft texture, but enough to be very effective depending on the amount of pressure applied. Easy to clean and seems to be holding up well.
