Small but mighty!
I guess I didn't look at the size. They are small, but great to fit into my medical bag or even a purse. Be careful not to lock it before you fill it, those locks do not come undone!! Glad it was a three pack of them, lesson learned.

Be careful closing so that it doesn't lock!
Very decent product, great size, fits easily in a bag for on-the-go used sharps collection prior to disposal. The top as a thumb slide that allows closure of the container, but it is easy to push it too far and lock the slide. I was able to get it apart with a little screwdriver, and it still closes tightly. I would recommend this for its portability and ease of use.

Perfect
Love these! Much better than the huge tanks the drugstores provide. These fit into my zippered vitamin/pill case and are great for travel. Locks better than the drugstore container. I use these everyday.

update: unsafe to carry in a pocket or bag
The first one of these I used, while much more awkward than the unfortunately discontinued BD SafeClip, worked okay.On a vacation, the second container locked itself closed while in my pocket, rendering it useless with only a few needles in it.The third one OPENED itself in my pocket multiple times. The last time, three used needles spilled out into my pocket, and I, unaware it had happened, jabbed myself with one of them. I threw the remaining containers into the recycling. If you use this product do NOT carry it in your pocket or a bag (which is the entire point...) and be careful.

small and portable
This worked great for traveling to allow me to dispose of my lancets properly. Small, convenient, and didn't take up to much space in my carry on bag.

Doesn’t fit my needles
It would be a good case for skinny needle bases. My typos pen has short tiny needles that are set in a circular base that screws onto the pen. You put the cap back on to pull the needle off. The two together won’t fit. Even carefully unscrewing the needle and putting in the case is nearly impossible and unsafe. I was eventually able to force it in but won’t be doing that again. Definitely a recipe to get stuck with the needleThey do have a video showing how to unscrew the needle in the top of the case. You can do that but the needle tip just stays there. It doesn’t fall in. Now you have the exposed puncture needle facing you so you can’t push it in. Using the tymlos pen I was able to push on the edges and eventually get it to fall in. It’s just a very poor design, at least for my needles.
