We have been buying this pasta for a couple of years. The seller has always been reliable and timely. The pasta is high quality, delicious taste, perfect consistency and easy to make. Best black pasta in the market goes great with seafood.

Works amazing in seafood red sauce! We use this with shrimp and mussels. The two pack is a much better price.

Morelli Squid Ink Linguine has a good dark color. The package shelf life is very good so I don't have to hurry to use it up. I think it is the best served with scallops or shrimp in a lemon and butter sauce.

Easy to prepare, doesn’t taste extremely salty. It is expensive but color and quality good!

The taste is very good. If you mix them with regular pasta to create a black and white dish, I found the black pasta cooked a little faster than the white. I'll just add them a little later to the white nex time.

I am a Private Chef (classically trained since 2004) and Caterer and found this item to be very top notch. It holds up extremely well, and has been a great selling point for me. The flavor is subtle and not overpowering and my clients have consistently given great feedback and high praise. Here is my lobster and jumbo lump crab version of this squid ink pasta sautéed in a sofrito mixture and finished with black truffle butter, garnish of fresh baby basil leaves. It was just outstanding. I will continue to order this as it is truly gourmet item that will make any seafood lover give you the “oohs and ahhh’s” upon presentation and most importantly- taste! Great product, highly recommend!!
