When my long-haired 19 year old cat was on the kidney prescription food, her skin and fur dried out and matted and she got very skinny. She looked and felt horrible so i stopped it. With these supplements, her fur is getting soft and she is grooming herself better. I am convinced that the UTI supplement is helping her enormously. She even has more appetìte. I break the chew in half and put it in her food and there is no problem.

Normally my cat is pretty selective with what she will eat, especially when it comes to giving her supplements for her health, but she loves these and always wants more than what I can give her! I have been giving her two supplements a day and she seems to already be improving from any pain she had from her kidney issues. It feels great to know that this product is helping make a difference in her life and knowing that it contains all natural ingredients is a plus. Would highly recommend!

I have four cats- one is suffering with kidney disease, and is practically a vacuum cleaner when it comes to grocery store treats, but he won't eat these. I really wish he would have.The company surprised me by offering a refund.

I have such a fussy baby. When I first gave her the chew, she gobbled it up. They smell like chocolate which is great. Now she won't eat it, but if i leave it in her bed, she'll eat it, so I know she likes them. I truly hope it will help with her kidney function. You people seem to care so much about your products, and that, to me, is a very good sign. I had to change my review. She won't eat them at all now. I guess they're not tasty enough for her.

I had heard about lLung Gold, but it seemed like it would be hard to dose, and also had dong quai in it which I didn't think would be particularly helpful for my cat. This has the main ingredients, rehmannia and astragalus. My cat will eat this on her own although she has gotten pickier as time goes by so I have to usually encourage her a bit more. However it seems very palatable overall to her. In the future I will dose her with bulk herbs but this is a great and easy way to see if your cat responds without having to force feed a dropper or put these in a pill pocket. Rehmannia and astragalus have great evidence for kidney protection. This helps remove the ammonia scent coming from my cat, although I have not yet taken blood tests. This formula is missing the cordyceps mushroom, so if you can add that separately that would make this even more powerful.

I break on in half and my cat eats it with her afternoon snack. She seems to tolerate it well.

I've been using this product for a long time and have felt like it was helping my 15 year old cat with his kidney failure. When opening this last bottle I noticed the pellets were a darker color and the smell was different. I gave him a mixture of the old and new bottles of this product. He ate the two pellets from the old batch and refused to eat the new ones. He has since refused to eat the new formulation at all. I'm disappointed to lose something that he liked and seemed to be helping him. Now to find something else. I know I don't have much more time with him.
