I really like this strong bracket. It has a felt on the surfaces to protect the door where it attaches to my door. It doesn’t move while pulling on it or exercising. No scratches on the door either! This is a winner!

I ordered this to use in my shoulder exercises after my rotator cuff surgery. I searched for other shoulder pulleys and this is by far the best and very comfortable to use. Setting up is easy and I even brought it on my trips. I tried a 2 pulley system, but that felt unsafe because it is not secured in the door unlike this.

A friend attached it to the top of the door because I’m too short ha ha but I’m able to use it for two of the exercises. I need To perform my home therapy

The engineering of the over-the-door bracket is excellent...very study, very adjustable, and designed to avoid marring the face of the door itself. The vendor took great care in the posting to include all of the dimensions except for one--the thickness of the steel bracket as it goes over the top of the door. It's massive--3 mm thick. So upon receipt of the product, I was careful to install the bracket over a hinged door and slowly attempted to shut the door. I immediately discovered that the steel bracket would have made a nasty gouge on the door frame itself. I did not want to use the bracket and pulley with an open door flopping back and forth.So I then went to a closet with folding doors. The vertical gap between the top of the closet door and the track was much wider so the top of the bracket had plenty of space. However, when carefully opening the closet folding door, I discovered that the adjustment knob was so long that it would have collided with and damaged the other half of that door. I might have been able to make this work if there was a way to remove the threaded shaft, shorten it, and re-install it in the bracket.But for now, I cannot find in my home a hinged door with a wide enough space above the door, or a folding closet door that will work with the bracket. Other homes may have wider gaps and the otherwise well-designed bracket would function satisfactorily. I plan to keep the system and see if I can discern another solution. But other purchasers need to be aware of this risk, and it would have been helpful to know about this ahead of time as part of the website posting.

Easy to use and set up .I had to tie up the rope in knots because I am short or I sit in a chair . The pully has easy glide and pressure there are no snags or bumps. I attached it my coat closet in the door way and do 10 reps before I leave the house and before I come in. I recently had total of 4 surgery in past 6 months form shoulder to fingers with lots of titanium braces inserted. I started using this tool in rehab PT OT Therapy for stretching. Exercise works great and can e increased and increased by pain level tension per set. It really opened up my shoulder and extention range. Great product easy to use nonweight bearing, no jarring or tugging or pulling. Such a easy, cheap way to shape and rebuild your muscles and bones. Well worth it! saved my arm! Helped me to reach up out and below!

It's very heavy and seems extremely sturdy. I was looking forward to using it to continue my physical therapy exercises at home. It doesn't fit over any of the door frames though. It doesn't even come close. I wish I could give a better review. If you are more diligent than I was in pre-measuring, I'm confident this would last a long time with any resistance bands. It's made very well.

Product was exactly what I was looking for Plus some. I was only expecting the Anchor but was totally surprised when I found a pulley included in the box. Now I will be able to pay it forward with the other system I had ordered to use with this system
