Very good!
I really like these so far and will probably purchase again. I like fried instant noodles but wanted to eat something healthier. This is coming from someone who grew up eating Chinese noodles prepared in various ways.I will be reviewing each of them. (Will continue to update post once I've tried all flavors). All noodles have a wonderful texture. Firm, yet soft. Not soft or mushy.Hakka: Definitely can taste the soy. It's not very salty. The chili is mild, like a 2/5. I usually don't eat chili so this was fun for me. Some people might find the overall flavor to be weak. I recommend dressing it up by adding more chilli oil or delicious toppings.Mandarin: This one smelled like childhood! My mother's favorite combination for mixed noodles were sour sauce and sesame oil. I'd say this one tasted more soy than sesame. I also found this to be saltier than the Hakka.

Exactly what I needed
My boys are picky eaters but love carbs, so I've been looking for a high protein Asian noodle for when we have noodles at home. This is perfect! There are spicy sauces, non-spicy sauces, and none of them have MSG. They also taste great, which isn't always the case with high protein food.

Delicious, fast, and vegan
I bought the Best Sellers Variety Pack, and just made the Tainan ramen with original soy sauce tonight. They were super fast to make (the package suggests boiling them for 2 minutes, but I tested one and wanted them a bit softer). The combination of soy sauce, sesame oil, and a touch of sugar in the sauce was just right. It wasn't overpowering, but it was very flavorful. A little more sauce would be nice -- the noodles started to stick together when I was had only eaten about half of them (which isn't a lot).I wasn't feeling well, and it was a perfect, light meal for my stomach. Another time, I can imagine adding tofu, baby bok choy, sliced carrots, and scallions for a more complete meal.It was nice knowing I wasn't eating pure junk food (fried noodles). The texture of air-dried noodles is usually pretty terrible, but these were light and delicate, and just chewy enough. I'm looking forward to trying the other 3 flavors.Pros: Fast, relatively healthy, tasty, veganCons: Pricey, could use a little more sauce so noodles don't stick it together

I love the spicy noodles
I'm trying to order the spicy ones only. They are amazingly good. The one is the photo is my absolute favorite. Unfortunately I gave the last packet to my sister to try. Please offer a spicy noodles only package. I will bulk buy these

These are OK: I've NOT yet tried the onion flavor
These are OK: I've NOT yet tried the onion flavor. I bought these on the recommendation of "The Ramen Rater" who raved over the onion flavor. Inadvertently I ordered this "original" flavor and they were OK. They are not "instant" noodles; you need to cook them for four minutes, drain them, then toss them in the sauce. You CAN do it in a microwave, if you have two containers and a means to collect the cooking water (I cooked them in my office and used a ramen cooking bowl and a coffee cup to drain the water. The noodles are nice and chewy and have a very satisfying texture. The flavor was a bit weak. It's nothing more than soy sauce and sesame oil. I had to add some cayenne to kick them up a bit.The sliced scallions depicted on the package are not included. If you added some meat, an egg, some scallions, sesame seeds, furikake, etc. it would be much better. When the onion flavor become available, I'll try them.

Ramen is my go to lunch
I eat a ton of ramen noodles. My work day starts early so I want a quick lunch and a nap when I get home. If I can make this meal healthier, I will and these are a somewhat healthier alternative. They taste great, the texture is fantastic and I think they're absolutely worth the price. I add a lot of stuff on top of the flavor packet. Hot honey and mushrooms make these even better. I have these on subscription and this company hasn't let me down which is a big plus. Other companies can't seem to keep up with demand but these show up like clockwork.

Wow, just wow! Times Two and a Half!
The noodles are excellent and weigh in at 300 calories, which can be a perfect compliment to other dishes to make a complete meal. After ~5 minutes of cooking for the Haka size (I find 5:40 to be right for these, the recommended times are right for the smaller sizes), you drain the noodles and add the contents of a liquid spice pack:The Mala (spicy chili) produces a quite hot sinus clearing delight, and a taste that's distinctly "Chinese". Has my highest recommendation. The Spicy "BBQ" flavor is specifically "Sa Tsa" AKA Sha Cha, although it's not super spicy (a bit of heat that's just right for me), and if you like, or in my case love Taiwanese Sha Cha flavored dishes you should love their's. Has my highest recommendation. The Zha Jiang flavor is quite good, not quite *outstanding* like the above two, a little bit spicy, is "savory" and "rich" as they describe, combining a number of nice flavors, and is definitely a nice change of pace. I rate it around the level of their original Mandarin flavor, but very different.Which is not to say all their noodle flavors are as good, I find their non-spicy sesame oil and paste flavors to be merely good if you add some more sesame oil and won't be purchasing them again, and the popular original Mandarin flavor is very good but basic, it's not *outstanding* like the Mala and "BBQ" flavors, but I keep it in stock. The onion flavor is not as piquant as the Mandarin, but is solid, worth getting for variety if nothing else.
