No idea about insecticide

good for anti-termite
paint is good but can not say about it performance against anti-termite at this time.. but it is easy to buy through Amazon as it is not easily available in local asian paint shop in the city. The suitable thinner detail is not mentioned on the package so we have to visit asian paint store for it.
