I'll be honest the taste isn't great but what it dose for you is incredible!!! If I'm run down or feel like I've got a bug this typically knocks it out. If I do get something it's not near as bad as it could've been and I recover quickly. I'll also use if I'm sore. This stuff is magic!!

This stuff is amazing, when I start to swell with inflammation.. I take this and it lessens, like from a 100 to 24%, I have mthfr mutations, and its like normal people on a freeway going 75 miles an hour, while my body can go 35 miles an hour. So when im in rush hour this Vars SOD, make the rush hour go quicker.. annology

I have been using this product for over 2 years. I feel better with more energy and less brain fog. There are some days I feel a bit off - then realize I haven’t taken my daily 7-10 squirts. While the taste is a bit strong at first, I am now used to it and enjoy the tanginess, sometimes even crave it which means I need its benefits. Love staying healthy and providing every cell in my body this building block.

This is was recommended to me by my MTHFR practitioner. It is strong. I needed to go very slow. I am taking it for decreasing heavy metal build up in my body as with MTHFR, heavy metals don't clear from the body and accumulate. many people also don't produce enough glutathione to pull out the heavy metals and toxins.

The liposomal technology in a dry capsule form is questionable. True liposomal delivery uses liquid phospholipid spheres. VARS appears to use a dry powder with liposomal components, but it's unclear if this maintains the protective liposomal structure or if it just reconstitutes in the stomach. Without independent bioavailability studies specific to their capsule formulation, it's hard to verify the effectiveness. I had used their liquid pump version and thought it was fantastic and the effects were noticeable as someone with MTHFR, but they switched to this powdered lipo formula surely to avoid the hassles of shipping it cold. The oxidation vulnerability remains a major weakness - even with Setria® glutathione, if it's in an open bottle exposed to air repeatedly, degradation is inevitable.
