How do you mix it and what do you mix it with to make it liquid?

You don't mix it with anything. Just holding it in your hand will warm it up enough that it will become liquid, or if you put it in warm sunlight it will liquefy as well.

What are the dimensions of 40 grams of gallium?

It's about a palm full. If it were a perfect square it would probably be about 1.5-2cm square.

Does it come with two vials shown in picture. Each vial being 20 mg

Can I keep it in my fridge with other food in it?

My brother left it in the fridge overnight once to make sure it was fully resolidified. Gallium is not highly toxic so leaving it in the fridge, in it's own container, shouldn't be a problem unless someone has a special allergy to it.
