Loosing temp
In less than a year it is not working. Started slowly loosing temperature, now its making a loud sound and is at 45° being set at 34°. I reached out to customer service, so I'm hoping they answer quickly. Update: it has now been 3 weeks of going back and forth with customer service. Most of their replies are at 1:30am. I have answered every question, emailed videos and pictures. Done everything they have asked with no true resolve. Now they want to hire a service company to come and repair it and they "are willing to give me a partial credit depending on what's wrong." But we don't have techs in my town that will work on this equipment. Im loosing sales by the day and its absolutely ridiculous
