Really great tea. Smells nice taste wonderful. Very nice ingredients. Quick to brew. The strength is good. Good at cold or warm temps. Over all excellent value for the amount.. Great over all product.

Live this tea. Use it religiously whenever the chest and lungs feel a little funky. Like to add some manuka honey and elderberry drops into it as well. Would recommend.

I bought this tea because I've been on an herbal tea kick lately and wanted to try something that can help kick infections and promote overall health. I researched mullein tea before deciding on buying this. I read that it can help clear mucus from the chest and help promote healthy lungs (obviously not a cure more like a supplement). Anyways, I received my order and tried it for the first time the very next day after receiving. So here's my take on it... 1. It tastes absolutely horrible. I even added a bit of sugar and that didn't even help. The package does say that lemon helps with flavor, but I don't know, not sure anything can help the flavor profile on this. 2. I pushed through the flavor and kept drinking it. I did notice that it made me cough a bit throughout the day, and I noticed that phlegm was being coughed up. Mind you I was suffering from allergies during this time so I know post nasal drip was in full effect during this time. Now, whether or not this tea actually promoted phlegm clearing, I'm not sure, but I do know that I was clearing phlegm a lot more than usual that day. 3. The smell is a lot like dried oregano. 4. The tea bags are decent quality. No breaking during steeping. 5. Would I recommend? Eh...not as a daily drink, no. Again, it tastes horrible, but maybe as an occasional drink when someone has a cold.

This tea had a powerful effect on me. My BP seemed to elevate and made my face flush and heart race. I did work my breathing deepend and I felt better.

Taste good and I can feel the difference after two days my breathing is not as bad. I don’t here myself breathing heavily anymore.
