The product is great if you're looking for a high fibre, high protein bar! What impressed me the most was the packaging by the company that sold this product! I've been buying these bars from our local grocery store but they were out. So I tried Amazon and thie business I purchased these from sent them in an insulated box with a large ice pack. The bars are coated in chocolate. Well done! I will definitely buy from this business AGAIN! Thanks for having great customer service!

My favorite Keto bar. High protein, some fiber and tastes good. I usually have them for my work lunch.

This meal peanut butter granola bar has 16 grams protein and 6 gram fiber. I have one a day as a snack bar. It curbs my hunger and gives me energy through the afternoon. It has a great taste and quality ingredients. I purchase them through subscribe & save, so a great value for the money.

These are really good meal replacement bars. Not dry, as most meal replacement bars are. I’m very picky too! Their carb count is low, and they fill you up for a long time too!

the bars themselves are very healthy, very few net carbs, filling for controlling hunger, and packed with protein. but they also have a tendency to melt during transit and it's happened to me a few times and when they melt there's really no salvaging them. The biggest detriment is the flavor, i dont know if it's a quality control issue or just bad luck, but some of the bars i get taste fine, and then others (the majority) have a very artificial taste that makes me wretch and have to spit it out because my brain sends me signals telling me that it is not food I have in my mouth. It's a very bitter and plastic-y taste and not something i'd recommend.
