Holey Moley, this stuff actually works! I bought Cordyceps about a week ago, and I can already feel a difference in my energy levels during my workouts. I take it about an hour before exercising and noticed right off the bat that I feel less fatigued and way more energized. I can train harder and push through longer. Instead of just providing a smaller scoop. But, as I prefer to take 3g(one full scoop) it works for me.It tastes great, not strong but still earthy. Makes a great "tea". Anyone with Hypersomnia or CFS should try this. Cordyceps has been a game changer for me. Energy, focus, less aches and pains. Be aware the fungus you are buying is Ophiocordyceps sinensis and not Cordyceps militaris. Although, both provide various health benefits, Ophiocordyceps sinensis is not the same as Cordyceps militaris, with Ophiocordyceps sinensis being closer in structure to Adenosine. Be sure to do your research on the health benefits of both before buying.

I usuallly take this as a tea, hot water in the microwave and 1 spoon of this shroom, trust me, is a energy boost, mix this shroom with others shrooms if you want.

Looks fresh , no strange smell like another brand. Envelope not so user friendly. You need to put your hand a good way down to get a 1/2 scoop . I transferred into a plastic container for easier, neater access.Too soon to tell the benefits.
