Incredibly helpful.
It takes a bit to master how the controls work, definitely make sure you read the manual *carefully* to understand it, but it's perfect for quickly and easily setting timers for myself throughout the day.The vibrations aren't strong enough to be an alarm clock for a heavy sleeper like myself, but the timer function is great for when I'm at work and need to go on break.
