Game changer for a mom with a medically complex son
I have a medically complicated son who uses a nebulizer at least once a day everyday just for baseline airway clearance. He was recently in the hospital for a respiratory virus. I nurse told me she had seen another mother use a portable nebulizer that was attached to a mask. I looked it up immediately and ordered it. When you are a mother of a medically complex child you will try almost anything once!My son is used to doing a neb and loves it. But he loves to bite on the bottom of the mask and he thinks it is funny to knock the neb cup out of the mask. The fish mask on his old nebulizer doesn't fit him well and he is constantly dislodging it from his face. I always wonder how much of his meds he gets. The ZSTORE nebulizer is an amazing machine! The mask fits my son so well. If I can make it fit his tiny head and adult sized face I would imagine anyone could make it fit their face. Since there is no tubing he can't pull the mask off his face! Not once. If he really tries he can bite the bottom of the mask, but it takes so much work...I think he gave up. He gets the entire amount of medicine each time! It is so quiet and since it doesn't need to be attached to anything I can do it anywhere. My son can do his neb right in the room with the rest of the family. We don't have to leave the room and miss out on whatever the rest of the family is doing because we need to be attached to the noisy machine in his room.We are not getting 120 minutes of battery life (we get closer to 45 minutes). And each 3ml neb is taking 15 minutes....not the 4.5 minutes the manual claims. Since, his traditional nebulizer took the same amount of time I don't really care about how long the neb takes. The battery life is a little more concerning for me. With it new we have just enough time to do both of his nebs and clean the machine before we need to charge it. If the battery life degrades much over time then we won't be able to use it for his treatments. It charges quite quickly so we are able to charge it with plenty of time between treatments. This is not a deal breaker for me. I love everything else about this machine! The seller is quite responsive to questions and the customer service seems great. I am waiting on answers about the battery life and treatment time.I would purchase this again...and I plan on purchasing another (assuming the machine keeps working at its current levels for a while).

Convenient & Portable
I wanted a smaller, travel-sized device for trips. I have a full size nebulizer that I keep at home but this one is compact and portable and will not be cumbersome to pack. Charging code is a little longer than similar products which is also convenient. It charged quickly the first time and was able to complete a treatment on a full charge.

Unit died with less than 10 uses, and seller did not respond to requests for support
Purchased this item in July 2024. It has been used less than 10 times. We loved it. It was so quiet and effective and easy to use. It has been cleaned per the instruction manual each time it has been used in the past.Recently went to use the nebulizer and it just won't work. It would charge but then not emit a mist. It would get very warm and show the green light but would not emit the mist. We contacted customer support via their link on amazon twice, waiting a week after the first time to allow for time to respond. This item is supposed to be under a 1-year warranty for the main body, but the seller has not responded to either of my attempts to contact them.Fortunately, we still have the noisy, bulky oldstyle nebulizer, so we were able to address the immediate need, but what a disappointment! Luckily we were home when this happened because we were planning on only taking this product on our vacation and it would have been terrible to be away from home and have this happen. If you are looking for a disposable, unreliable nebulizer, this is your product. I will be buying a new one elsewhere.

Excellent for Home and Travel
I bought this nebulizer based on other reviews that stated it was convenient to use on the go and very portable. The advice was spot on as we found it to be extremely handy and more convenient that the one I have at home. To be clear, the one I had worked fine but was not exactly vacation friendly. This one is more compact and lightweight. This was money well-spent. I am very pleased to be traveling light.Recommended

Nurse reviewer: Overall, best handsfree portable neb
The media could not be loaded. Pros:-This is the best portable nebulizer I've used among many I have encountered. It's small and easy to assemble and easy to refill the small medication chamber. The chamber is small, which makes it perfect to put in your purse/traveling and quickly administer when needed.-The mask attachment has a rubbery seal around the nose and mouth so you can inhale most of the medication/solution. Other masks have open sides and the medication vapors leak out and you end up receiving only a partial dose.-The rubbery seal keeps most of the vapors from escaping and irritating your eyes (useful for sensitive eyes and kids)-It's handsfree and comes with an adjustable strap so I can move about and do tasks instead of holding the nebulizer to the face. Kids can also continue playing so they don't necessarily have to stay still in one spot.-This thing is so Quiet, which makes it perfect for noise-sensitive kids and traveling as to not disrupt neighbors i.e. airplanes/closed spacesFuture Product Recommendation:-The strap is not easy to adjust because you need to thread the strap over a plastic piece on both sides and cannot just pull each side to tighten, you need to remove the mask many times to get the straps just right to fit. Also, the strap slips off the hair and ears because of it's soft material. Perhaps a modification can be to have rubberized straps with velcro for easy adjustmentsOverall, I am very impressed by this portable nebulizer and recommend it especially if you have kids

Very portable
Great size for trips and anytime usage. I don't need to use it daily so it's perfect for the random times. So far, it works well for me. Handsfree feature is nice too, when I'm lazy.
