After using this a couple of times I'm not sure how to feel about it. It's quite the contraption to put on (I needed assistance) and not overly pleasant using. When it tightened on my feet, I don't know if my feet are just too small, but it inflated UNDER my feet, not around. I didn't hardly feel it on my calves, but when it did my thighs, felt like it was trying to tourniquet it for about 2 seconds.Then I'm just sitting there for 15 minutes where I can't get up and do anything else.I can see how this would be therapeutic, but not relaxing.
