Built well and lightweight. Now that I'm 64, this sure beats going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Great for camping too (why I like the green color). You'll need to wash/rinse/air dry it after each use and not use it for storage or it will get nasty very quick.

First the positives. It is easy to use and ergonomic. It's 1 liter capacity is a good match for the capacity of my full bladder. When I really need to pee I know that it will be exactly large enough. Now for the scary part. The cap relies on this closed cell foam to be compressed between the bottle and cap. Because it is quite full after use the cap will be below the surface of the contents. Additionally because it is designed to lay in a flat position a leaky gasket would be disastrous. I am leaning toward going back to juice bottles.

I’ve had a red Little John for years for tent camping and it has worked fine, except on the occasions when I needed to use it twice. Then it is a 50-50 role of the dice, if you know what I mean. This one fits the bill perfectly. It’s the same sturdy quality as the Little John, but it holds about 20% more volume, and the seal is good too. Perfect.
