Dolly Trolly does what it should but some parts are coming apart
The media could not be loaded. Definitely can go up and down the stairs with it, it's just very loud and clunky.I don't like that the opening of the bag doesn't close or at least has a button or velcro for it so mine opens up a lot. The secure button to close the bag is very weak and that part is already ripping. One thing I do like is that I carry a lot of things and it makes the trolly heavy, but surprisingly, the trolly holds well as its standing and doesnt tip over with the weight. Apart from the bag cons, the bag is good and sturdy.Wheels are pretty cheap unfortunately. Everytime I go up the stairs, I don't know why but little pieces from the sides of the wheels start to rip and then as the wheels rotates, those pieces hit the metal and then make a really annoying (and embarrassing metal clicking noise). I just really hope that that wheels overall are slowly breaking down and then they won't work. This was the cheapest stair climber trolly I could find because for some reason the others are double this amount for whatever reason and this one is still pretty expensive in my opinion.Overall, does what I got it for so Im pleased, I'm just worried about the wear of the wheels over time

Great helper!!
Love this handy, roomy and light weight rolling tote. Easy to use and collapse, such a great help when unloading groceries or cases of drinks from car to condo.

poor quality, do not buy
While I love these types of carts generally, I must say this particular model falls short in several key aspects.Firstly, the quality of the wheels leaves much to be desired. Unlike the durable rubber wheels of the last one I had, these wheels are made of flimsy plastic reminiscent of dollar store items. They seem ill-equipped to handle outdoor terrain, particularly pavement, and are unlikely to withstand prolonged use.Secondly, the bag accompanying the cart is frankly inadequate. The drawstring closure does not seal and the flap doesn't cover properly either. This design oversight renders the bag practically useless for protecting groceries from the elements, such as rain, resulting in potential damage to delicate items like bread and rice. A simple, more secure zipper would have solved this but alas not to be found here.In evaluating these shortcomings, it's difficult not to conclude that the manufacturer prioritized cost-cutting over quality. It's disappointing that such a fundamental aspect as wheel and bag design was overlooked, suggesting a profit-driven approach that undermines the utility and longevity of the product.Verdict: Do not buy.

Where has this thing been all my life??
UPDATE 1/26/24I'm having to update this review because one of the wheels fell off and I can't get it to stay on. I'm trying to find a way to reach the company so that I can ask for a solution but I can't seem to find contact info like you can with other nerchanrs to reach them so for that reason I'm having to change my review down to three stars. This is by far one of the best purchases I've ever made! This has made my life so much simpler--when I bring groceries home I have to park super far away from my front door and because I can fit a lot of groceries inside I make one trip two trips max-bulky items aren't a problem either. I don't know how it does it but when I have all that heavy stuff in there it's super easy to push or pull, it goes upstairs really easily and it is very sturdy not once have I thought it was going to topple over. It's a game changer for sure!

Useful
I purchased this because I live on the third floor and need to park far. It had been very handy and easy to set up. Maneuvering is easy and you can carry heavy things without worrying about making multiple trips to your car.

Would Give This a 3.5 - Four Wheels Is A Plus But Weight Capacity Is Over Stated
I like this cart because it has four wheels, and can be pushed instead of pulled. I was using a cart that you pull, but it caused neck and shoulder pain. I walk to the grocery store, so do not collapse the cart between uses, as it fits into a closet and is ready to go. I attached 12" x 14" crate from the dollar store using zip ties. The crate holds two grocery bags. I have attached a couple more bags for extras, or in case I stop at another store, so there is a place to put those items. The top bag holds things that might otherwise get squished like tomatoes or bread. I have used it a couple times walking 1.5-2 km each direction. There is no way this cart could hold 150 pounds, unless you were just moving it ten feet indoors. Otherwise keep it under 60 pounds. The first time I put two 12 can boxes of carbonated water, and a few groceries. The estimated weight was around 40 pounds, and it was fine, but it felt like it was close to being maxed out. I would not put more than 50-60 pounds weight in this cart.It is fairly easy to push, and with weight in it, has to be turned around to pull over a curb. It is very difficult to find a 4 wheeled grocery cart that is not too big, and not too small. I am not sure how long the wheels will last. The previous two wheel cart I used had very good wheels, and could hold a lot of weight. They are aluminum with rubber wheels, not plastic like the ones on this cart. However, when you tilt a pull cart behind you, the weight is all on your shoulder and neck muscles.I do hope those who make carts will continue with the innovations, and make more practical carts for those of us who walk to get groceries and run errands. I knew I had to find one with four wheels, and it took a long time to find a suitable cart. Also it would be better to put a more realistic weight capacity, so people do not end up with a broken cart or a big spill. This cart holds two full bags of groceries, and a few extras. Although I used it once for two 12 pack cans of water, I would be reluctant to put 4 boxes of water in it. Each box of water is around 10 pounds. I am hoping it will last, and alleviate the issue of shoulder pain, and muscle knots caused by pulling a cart for a distance. When carts are sold with the large bags to go with them, they really should put loops on the bottom of the bags, so they can be zip tied to the base. Otherwise, if the bag is full, or has any weight in it, it slips off, and is difficult to manage if it is heavy.
