Really fast shipping, excellent steamer. Worth the money, particularly the protection mitt. Really allows one to get a smoothed garment and a sharp edge where needed.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this portable steamer 2 months ago and initially, it worked like a charm. However, when I took it on a trip, it became a complete disappointment. The head wouldn't get hot, and it started leaking water.Thinking the warranty would cover this, I contacted customer service. They insisted on a serial number which was supposed to be on a sticker at the base of the unit. Guess what? No sticker, no serial number. Their response? No warranty support without it.In a nutshell, this steamer is a waste of money and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Buyer beware.

I found one of these steamers in the closet of a hotel I was staying in while on a business trip to las vegas recently. No iron, no ironing board, just this steamer. I was going to complain to the front desk and ask for an iron and then decided to try it. It blew me away. It heated up super quickly and literally made my suit and four shirts look like they were brand new. I ordered one or my home and I have to say. it's not cheap, but its worth it if you have dress shirts, suits and daughters that require ironing. highly recommend this item

Great. easy to use. Bought it after using at the Fontaine blue hotel. Was able get rid of a large unit that would take forever to heat up. This takes seconds.

Doesn’t really get the wrinkles out all that well. Exported more for the money. Tempted to return.

No longer produces heat or steam after three uses. Unbelievable.
