We used this product with clear results days after, it gave some relief. Would buy again. Taste and consistency was OK, and well accepted by kids. Kids preferred to use a syringe rather than the measuring spoon provided.

Didn't really do anything if I'm honest but it was a distraction and then an even bigger distraction when the other half of the bottle went on the fresh bedding 😂 Tastes nice. Baby liked it.

I ordered Tixylix Children's Honey and Lemon Dry & Tickly Cough Syrup 100ml for my son, and it has been a decent addition to our medicine cabinet, especially at its current price of £4.79. The syrup is specifically for kids from 3 months to 5 years, making it versatile for younger children. The fact that it’s sugar-free and colour-free is a big plus for me. Administering it is a breeze thanks to the handy measuring spoon that comes with it. The syrup itself is quite runny and has a very mild taste. My son, who is usually quite picky about flavours, didn’t mind it at all. The honey and lemon flavour is extremely mild, which is perfect as it doesn’t upset his sensitive palate. It’s not overly sweet, which I appreciate because I don’t think loading kids up with sugar is a good way to get them to take medicine. Great for kids and adults alike. Not too strong on the lemon side and very sweet to help soothe your throat and also appease children to take a medication.

This product came in very handy when promptly tested by my 10-year-old son. Although the syrup is typically suitable for children up to 5 years old, it is not inappropriate for older children; it might just be less effective. He found the taste a bit odd but sweet and lemony. His final verdict is that he liked it. I gave him 10 ml and he had a better night with less discomfort. This syrup is very soothing, with a honey and lemon flavour and is sugar-free. Totally recommended.
