These work great! I have tried multiple inserts for my shoes, including custom made one that were over $300. When I tried these, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, support, comfort, and durability. The price is right! I work long hours on my feet, have plantar fasciitis, and bunions (old lady feet!!) and these help support and cradle my heel as well as help my foot turning too much to the other side. They don't take away all my pain, only surgery will do that, but they do help make it tolerable and get me through the day. I bought several pairs for all my shoes. For anyone working on their feet all day, I highly recommend.

Def recommend, made a huge difference in my work boots, I have Carolinas which have a little cushioning in them, I'm in my boots 8-12 hrs a day,, they add that little extra comfort in was looking for,, the only thing I didn't like was the size guide, luckily for me I'm a size 12 and they fit perfect,, only been about 3 weeks so don't know how they last, but very happy for now,,

I walk daily, and have a fairly new pair of Columbia boots I bought from Amazon. I mustve stepped on a rock bevause my heel bothered me. I bought these and put them in this morning January 14, 2026, and wore them all day. 2 walks with my dog and a run ( I have to chase my 3-year-old granddaughter on her scooter) and no pain. But still a little soreness. If these work for a semi-active old guy, I think they will work for anyone. Thanks!!

The arch is not high enough. I’ve been wearing them for a month working 16 hour days in work boots. They help a little with my planters fasciitis. Barely more than the stiffness of my work boots. They seem to be holding up ok so that’s a plus.
