I'm a side sleeper and until now, I struggled to get a good night's sleep with other pillows that also said they were good for side sleepers. Though at first I thought it could be too hard, it actually was perfect! I just bought my second one.

We returned the pillows for reimbursement because they were just too heavy & hard for us. But people that like that will love these pillows.

This pillow is way too firm and very uncomfortable. Hoping it’ll break in and soften up a bit!

I’m a side-sleeper and our pillows were old, I really wanted something new (especially after I had a baby and sleep was precious!!). This pillow is SO nice, by far the best pillow I’ve ever slept on. I like that it stays cool, and that it’s comfortable for me as a side sleeper and as someone who puts an arm underneath it. GREAT pillow!

In the past I would typically use a queen size pillow but thought I would try a standard size for a change. I do like the standard vs. queen because it fits easily into my pillow case and frankly, I like the smaller size better.You can see this foam pillow arrives compressed and vacuum packed. It is also packed in a fabric case, the first picture, which is a nice touch but once the pillow is removed and expands it's not going back into the fabric case. Directions were not included with the pillow so I looked them up online. The directions state that you cut the plastic, remove the pillow then let it sit for 3 to 4 minute to fully expand. That's exactly what I did and the pillow was then ready for use.I did not notice any odors from the pillow which is important to me. The pillow has a really nice protective cover on it that can be removed and washed, if needed. Do not wash the foam pillow itself, the cover will protect it from needing to be washed. There is a zipper on the side of the pillow case which facilitates removal of the pillow.In my opinion this pillow is very firm. I am a side sleeper and found it to be too firm for that. I feel it is more suited for a back sleeper because of its firmness. Having said all that my opinion is subjective and based on what works for me. So if you are geared more to a firm pillow, regardless of how you sleep, than this pillow would be a really good option.
