These have been a lifesaver for postpartum care. 10/10 recommend. I just didn't use the sticky part as it would tear up the pad underneath.

These pads worked so well for my dad after his transperineal prostate biopsy. If you are going for the surgery, try to order these before hand. The cooling from the pads helped the area feel better while the pad helped with the fluids. It was the perfect item for him to have during that time.

Absolute necessity for postpartum!

Very bulky and uncomfortable

If you push out a human and got rip in the process, your gonna need 4 of these. Its the same one the Hospital uses, but they only give you a few so be sure to stack up. Personally I only used 3 boxes. Its easy to use, works very well in any size bottoms, it absorbs well for accidents, good source of pain relief and can even be use to cool your head or body during fevers of you have extras.

I gave birth on 10-13 and unfortunately tore in a couple of places. My muscles are also very sore as well and these have saved me a lot of tears. They’re a must have relief following vaginal delivery!
