Good so far. Small pill. No side effects.

I used this as a supplement to my other drugs: Jardiance and Metformin. I took 1 table a day, in between the use of the other drugs. I works, it lowered my numbers by as much as 30 points. But over time, I developed diarrhea. After stopping use, after two days, the symptom stopped. Needless to say, I stopped using Dihydroberberine. (However it may work well with other drugs or no other drugs.) Update: The product didn't work well while I was using Jardiance. However, when I ran out of Jardiance I began using the Dihydroberberine. This time I did not suffer from diarrhea. From what I can tell, it is very compatible with Metfromin.

Took awhile to see results. However, with natural products it does not work within days. I started using this product then went to liquid. I decided to come back to this as one it is easier to take and two I believe it works better because it is Dihdroberberine. I six months my belly fat has decreased minimally and I can not sit and cross my legs. I do use this in conjuction with Ceylon cinnamon, and Gymnema Sylvestre.

I take berberine to help with blood sugar regulation, and the fact that this product is dihydroberberine with GlucoVantage, for me, is a game-changer. These capsules are tiny yet packed with dihydroberberine, which is stronger than regular berberine. The capsules are smaller than usual supplement capsules, small enough that I can swallow one without water, which is great when I'm on my way to a restaurant and realize I need to take one before I get there. I try to take one about 20-30 minutes before a meal, but don't always remember, so I keep a few in my bag so I can take one real quick when needed. I am not a doctor or scientist so I can't really explain dihydroberberine or GlucoVantage, but I did some online research that convinced me it is worth a try for blood sugar regulation. The current price of these is so reasonable (just under $10 for 60 capsules) that I have already ordered several more bottles to stock up. In my opinion these are superior to regular berberine but they cost less, which is terrific. And I only need to take one per meal, which means one bottle of 60 capsules will last longer than a bottle of 60 regular berberine capsules. Neither these nor regular berberine have caused me any stomach issues. Regular berberine causes some people stomach issues, but because dihydroberberine doesn't require as large a dose as regular berberine, it is believed to be milder on the stomach. As far as the effectiveness of this Double Wood dihydroberberine, my A1C level is not high enough to require a continuous blood glocose monitor, so I don't know how this dihydroberberine immediately effects my blood sugar after a meal. But my doctor does want me to lower my A1C to get it out of the pre-diabetes zone, so I'm hopeful this product is helping. I have a three-month A1C test coming up soon so I'm hoping for good news at that point.

Does what it says it does

This product gave me heart palpitations within two days, reaching 120 bpm at rest. So be careful taking this if you are not diabetic. Consult a physician.
