Came the next day. Good support on my foot, you can have it as tight as appropriate for you. A good buy.

As soon as it stuck to the sock it ruined it and now I'm left with a messed up sock ankle support as it's all messed up and pulled so hard on the material to top it off it doesn't even come with instructions what a waste of £4 tbh.I didn't even get a chance to wash it.🤐🙄😤😕
