I bought this vehicle for my son, it arrived and it didn't work, I guess there was a problem with the batteries, I wrote to the seller, they gave me a quick response and before I could return the vehicle they had already sent me a new one. This one works very well, my son is happy with his gift.

my grandsons favorite , even got a faster button and u have the remote control. So no chasing them down and turning it around. good product, no cheap, works great. have has over & months and still working like new.

I am absolutely in awe by the customer service. I received the jeep for my son but couldn't get it to work. The only thing that seemed to get power was the power button but nothing else was working. I contacted the company, they walked me through a few things to try to get it to work. But, unfortunately, nothing worked. This company sent me a brand new one and said to keep the broken one for supplemental accessories in the future! I couldn't believe it! This is how a company should operate. Make your customers happy with their purchase and eagar to return to you for future purchases. I love everything about this jeep and my 2 year old son is obsessed! He can ride in it, or he even likes to control it with the remote as if it was a giant RC car! Hahah. The Bluetooth feature is awesome and the music can get pretty loud. The battery can be plugged in and charge while still installed in the jeep, or it can easily be removed to conveniently be charged elsewhere. Top tier quality, top tier customer service. I am very very happy with this purchase. I will be back to order from them in the future.

This is overall okay but we are going to have to find a way to break the button on the steering wheel that plays stories. Of course our son likes to push the button but while driving you can’t hardly hear the story and there is zero reason for an outdoor driving toy to read stories in general. Wastes battery life and is a horribly annoying feature, can’t believe other reviews didn’t talk about this. It’s right on the steering wheel, I thought it was a button somewhere else that wouldn’t get pushed a lot. Truly wish we would’ve picked another ride on. Not impressed overall, just okay.

Product was used. Half put together. Stickers peeling off. Scratched plastics and it’s NOT returnable without you paying shipping.
