I received mine completely broken. Did not work at all. I used two brands of batteries and nothing. Generic and brand name. I had to get a refund as soon as the box was open. Very disappointed as my daughter loves these toys. Thankfully it was returned at Kohls very easily. 0 stars for the device. 5 stars for return process.

This little space gun is very cute. The lights and sound will keep your kid happy for quite a while. Not very heavy duty plastic it’s not gonna hold up to rough play.

I bought two of these for my kids to play with. Hard to believe that both were broken. One wouldn’t stop firing and making noise unless a battery was removed and the other didn’t work at all.The quality is extremely cheap. Defective product. Spend your money elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded. Well after taking it apart I realized this thing takes three batteries. After I figured that out it worked just fine. Some people are saying it doesn’t have a spring on the left side for the battery, that’s because the spring is inside where the other battery goes. Good luck.

Quality feels pretty cheap, doesn't come with batteries and the AA batteries we have that work in everything else we own don't work in these. We're just using it as a Halloween prop but it overall just doesn't feel like it's worth $20
