I ordered these to help with some weight loss to aid my efforts of fitting into my summer clothes. Well I took one in the first evening with a meal. All good. One twice with small meals the following day. No issue. Now it gets interesting. Was a Saturday. After returning from shopping with my son I decided on invitation to have a small drink in the pub with my other half. Normally I would just have the one and find it really boring and go home. Well I found myself having a really nice time. Interested in actually socialising through choice. Deciding to make positive conversations with people, because I wanted to. Normally i find this small talk and chit chat so tedious. I had the best night in a while and even ended up dancing with my beau. I can only think that this Berberine supplement has been some sort of mood booster for me. It wasn’t the 2 glasses of wine as I'm a seasoned wine drinker a home. Weight loss has yet to show as I've only taken 3 capsules in total. But boy I can feel the positives so far. Looking forward to more possible benefits from this suppliment. Will add further review on weight loss benefits.

Have been taking it for a month, 3 times a day and have not lost any weight. But I was not in a calorie deficit so I am not surprised.

In my weight loss journey I went from 82 kg then plateaued at 77 kg for months on end. Thanks to these Berberine supplements I am now losing weight again. In the chart I've attached the periods where I've been taking the supplements 3x daily as directed. The first time I took them I lost ~1.5 kg in just 4 days! In fact my weight loss was so rapid I had to slow it down a bit. What's nice is that I have achieved this weight loss on a normal diet. I do also avoid snacking and eating in the evenings after my main meal.Note: I had a recent blood test and I don't have diabetes. I could have prediabetes and I am susceptible to reactive hypoglycemia (made worse by caffeine).As for side effects, I think I'm having an occasional upset stomach, but that may not be related to the supplements.

Good product

I have been taking these for years. Lost over 6 stone on them. I recently had to buy a different brand due to these being out of stock. They were awful and did nothing. It's safe to say these definitely work fantastically well compared to other brands. I'm over the moon and won't be buying anywhere else again. Thank you!
