I was a little hesitant that this would actually work for my Motorola baby monitor. (My monitor is a little temperamental and doesn’t work with all chargers.) However it did and I am very happy! Reasonable price too because a replacement Motorola brand charger would be 3 nearly times as much as I paid for this one.

The old one that came with the monitor stopped working so this is its replacement. Works as intended and no complaints!
